Motovolt Mobility Pvt. Ltd has delivered the first batch of 50 M7 electric scooters to ZEVO, marking the beginning of a new partnership aimed at enhancing last-mile logistics. This delivery is part of a larger order of 5,000 scooters, which are intended to improve efficiency in urban deliveries.
The M7 e-scooters are designed to meet the specific requirements of mid-mile and last-mile delivery operations. ZEVO’s adoption of these scooters comes through a financial arrangement with Revfin, a digital lending platform that supports sustainable mobility initiatives.
Tushar Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Motovolt Mobility, noted that this delivery represents a significant step in the collaboration between Motovolt, ZEVO, and Revfin, emphasizing the role of these scooters in addressing the practical needs of logistics companies.
Aditya Singh Ratnu, Founder & CEO of ZEVO, commented on the alignment between this partnership and ZEVO’s focus on efficiency and environmental responsibility in logistics operations.
Revfin’s involvement, according to Founder & CEO Sameer Aggarwal, is part of a broader effort to accelerate the adoption of electric mobility solutions in India by providing financial support to fleet owners and aggregators.
The M7 e-scooters are equipped with features such as a 166 km range on a single charge, a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, and security technologies like an inbuilt IoT tracker and anti-theft alarm. These features are expected to contribute to the operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of ZEVO’s logistics operations.
This initial delivery sets the stage for further collaboration between the companies, as Motovolt continues to fulfill the remaining orders.
